Was not sure if I should weigh myself this morning considering I was not able to do my fasts and walks this week and generally was not an easy week but I think knowing how the week’s events have affected my journey is important. Learning, growing. This is a life long journey not a phase.
87.3 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
