💪 Not happy with myself that I went back to over 80kg (which I promised myself I would never allow again). 😟

BUT!!! I'm positive for a new start, slowly but surely! 😃

Trying not to be hard on myself, as I had 20 cortisone injections in my neck and spine end of last year, which definitely contributed.

Asking you guys - what do you snack on? I have microwave popcorn (for crunchy and salty cravings) and canned peaches in natural juice, small portion, which I eat with plain yoghurt.

I got a recipe yesterday for oven roasted chickpeas as well. Any ideas?
80.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 15.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Protein protein protein! Everything I eat has to have sufficient protein, even snacks. Otherwise I'm starving. So whey protein shakes, boiled eggs, cheese, leftover meats, cottage cheese on crackers/rice cakes, etc.

All snacks should be a balance of protein carbs and fat. I eat over roasted chickpeas - a favourite, rice cakes with cottage cheese and cucumber, biltong and blueberries, nectarines and a tsp of peanut butter, apples with peanut butter, or yoghurt with some berries and peanut butter, yoghurt and papaya.

Celery sticks with peanutbutter, cut veggies with hummus, brownies made from sweet potatoes, whole wheat pita bread cut in triangles, top with spices, bake in oven.
