My plateau came after 3 yrs using Well-formulated Ketogenics. Lasted 6 months but finally began to move. Keep calm and keep going. You'll get there!

After I went from 180 to 150, I decided to let myself just maintain for about two years before deciding to push it farther. Probably longer than you want to wait 😉 but I believe there's value in letting your body adjust and not getting overly worried about it 😊
