Been sticking to diet plan last 3 weeks but haven’t been able to weigh so a bit of a shock to find I have gained weight. I’m back to weighing every week and must look at my portion control. Fingers crossed for a better week next week. Enjoy your week everyone.
74.1 kg Lost so far: 14.2 kg.    Still to go: 10.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
