Not following a program per say, just trying to eat healthy and get enough exercise in

I see... I've been following an intermittent fasting lifestyle for the past year and lost 32kg in about 9 months. I haven't cut out any food groups but rather learned to enjoy all foods in moderation. It's not easy but achievable with knowledge and the right support system.
