Not sure why I’m up. Ate clean all week and started weight training 3 times a week. Drink 1.5 + liters water everyday 🤷🏽‍♀️
58.7 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Weigh yourself once every two weeks, same day, same time. (I don’t stick to this either but if you’re losing weight consistently at these biweekly weigh-ins you’re on the right track. One or two bad days won’t derail you and you have two weeks to get it mostly right. Lesson I learned from an old friend who lost 100kgs).

I think you’re gain is muscle since you have started weight training, so don’t be too discouraged 😊

Yeah I think you right. I’ve progressed to heavier weights and clothes seem to be fitting better. 😌I just need to be patient and trust the process. 🧘🏽‍♀️
