Thanks guys, however I must admit, this is due to having hyperacidity in the body, diet changes were needed in order to cope, so I can't eat all those delicious things that are out there, stuck with chicken, rice, oats, fish etc

Well I trust that the better food choices already helps a lot with that 😊. And the chicken, rice, fish and oats might seem boring if you think about it, but they can create such lovely versatile and delicious plates once you play around with them a bit😋. Keep going strong💪
