Get so annoyed when sticking to my calories, macros etc., and then still gaining, though know it was because I didn't had any bowl movements yesterday and believe it or not, that can make such a difference in weight.
83.4 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 18.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
