Been on Daniel fast for 21 days. Previous years I would drop about 5kg in 21 days. This time my weight went up and down and up again. I think my body is used to keto now and not eating meat, fat and eating too much fruit... Was not kind to my body. Today is the end to my fast, so now I'll reset my body to keto again. This stuburn 8kg must go now.
75.7 kg Lost so far: 13.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
