This isn't actually weight loss. Last week I started exercising again after a month off so I had a lot of water retention and inflammation, due to a UTI, so I weighed a bit more than usual. This week I'm back to myself normal weight.
58 kg Lost so far: 7 kg.    Still to go: 1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
