Bit of a chore finding my groove after the holidays. I’m doing well drinking all my water and moving, but I can’t seem to stop the snacking. 🧁🤦🏼‍♀️

Can you find things that are healthy to snack on, that won't sabotage your goals? Things like sliced cucumbers give a nice crunch and have almost no calories.
