i weighed in at the Dr at the end of 2010 at 315lbs. i found this app in 2011 i was 302lbs. i cant believe i been battling my weight for 10+ years. i got down to 184. back up to 265 back down to 185 then up to 221 last week.. 218 now... im doing keto. because it works. and seems easiest on me being im not a young doe no more 😅 i will hit my goal and stay there this time! Most High willing i will pass it up! but i will be happy with 175! you guys are motivation. thank you.
