Today went for a hike, burnt a wooping 800calories.

I am tired, but great to have invested time for my body.

My body is exhausted bcoz i started skipping rope Thursday 13 January.
80.5 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 15.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
