1000 cal is way too low for anyone. 1200 cal is the minimum for a sedentary woman. Up your calories, stick with it and eat healthy nutritious foods. Increase activity & drink lots if water. Weight loss is a slow journey. Make healthy habits that you can stick with long term.

Definitely too little. I'm getting the best results at 1100-1300 while also paying attention to *what* I eat. if I eat potatoes I gain, even if I only eat 1100 that day. if I have rice instead at 1200 I still drop a bit.

Thanks for all your advice , I will be asking my dietitian for advice as well nice I do have a gastric balloon, that’s the reason I’ve been eating 1000 calories

cals are too little.... up it a bit.... No less than 1200... If your working out it should be more... body goes into fat storing mode if you don't get in enough...

To see the range of calories you should be consuming, take your body weight , convert it pounds and then multiply between 10 - 12 / 13 If you younger and very active take the higher number. 👌🏾

I eat 1500 calories per day when I am doing some exercise. no weight training just walking and swimming pool exercises. i lose a steady 1-1.5kg per week. 1000 is very little.

Don’t give up! There comes a point when you’re body plateau’s and the weight you lose will be very little. At this point you will need to find alternative exercises to allow your body to burn more calories. Also when exercising you will need fuel your body a bit more. So increasing your calories per day won’t be bad to give you enough energy.

a good way to stick to restrictive diets is to try calorie cycling. You should do some research on it as it allows me you to eat more on certain days. Plus 1000 calories is wayy too little, don’t do that to yourself as that is not a sustainable way of losing weight and living a healthier lifestyle

Try Keto

It’s time to do a bit of reverse dieting. Look at nutritionally dense natural foods and up your calories. 1000 calories a day isn’t enough to build healthy muscle and is no fun. Let me know if you need some guidance.
