Hardly anything. Didn't have a good weekend (rheumatoid arthritis flare up meant I ate lots in order to keep taking pain meds). Hopefully this week will be better.
64.4 kg Lost so far: 9.6 kg.    Still to go: 12.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
