Day 6 - normal fluctuation... I still feel nauseous and headache not broken yet. But bloating is almost gone and hands legs and feet not swollen from water retention are much better.
125 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 55.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
