Got my booster shot last week and it knocked me out for a bit. Glad I didn't lose more because I spent pretty much a whole day in bed and didn't eat very much.
65.1 kg Lost so far: 26.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

way to take care of you! Was going to tease you about losing again but being payed out due to the booster, or illness, is no bueno! Glad you’re bouncing around again!

Thanks. I would recommend grabbing some Gatorade or tomato juice and fresh ibuprofen on your way home from booster shot if you had side effects before. I hydrated a lot but with water and ended up feeling like garbage and I didn't notice until 4am the next morning that the ibuprofen from the medicine cabinet wasn't working because it expired in 2018. Doing better now and planning for a walk later with the dog. It's single digit wind chill temperatures here so we'll see how far we get before he's too cold and wants to come home.
