YIPPEE! Under (just) 65kg. I ate a huge dinner last night, having done a fairly tough 11km hike and was worried about what impact it would have on the scale this morning
64.7 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
