This week I've decided to up my calories on feed day. But keep my fasting the same. I am working out three to four times a week at the gym and I am looking for a change in weight loss.. right now I'm holding steady between 218-215.

Patience is critical! :) Keep up the great work! Looking at your trend, you're definitely losing weight in the long term so keep it up! :) If you plateau, it's either eat less or exercise for longer :P
