The past week has been a 'mare' with high winds and rain pummelling the South-West but managed to safely finish week 4 of the Iron(wo)man challenge. Now actively looking for others … hmm, swimming the channel might be next.
Chatted to some great characters on the www.fatsecret.co.uk website and finding comfort that others have struggled with the needle on their scales. May just need to start a 'Bash the scales' support group.
'Belly over belt' test going supremely well. On last notch and most days very comfortable! Looking forward to a less wobbly summer.
The hockey girls have started their annual summer training classes … Do I? or Don't? Had to give them up last year as I got a nasty case of sciatica. Hmmmm…. To be fair I'm twice the age of most of them. Perhaps I should just age gracefully.
