I am amazed at how easy this has been so far. No dieting and obsessive exercise. Simply eating less of the "bad" stuff and more of the "good" stuff but never depriving myself. Regular walks, only pushing when I want to. Tomorrow will be a hit because I have lots of decadent stuff planned, but next week will show how much that one-day-decadence will impact overall.
65.4 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 13.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
