4x-10reps shoulder press 8lbs
4x-10reps hammer curls 8lbs
4x-10reps chest fly 10lbs
4x-10reps skull crusher curls 6lbs
4x-10reps ventral raise 6lbs
4x-10reps curtsy lunges 15lbs
4x-10reps reverse lunges 15lbs
4x-10reps dead lifts 20lbs

30 minutes of high cardio Zumba

Feeling pretty swole. Reaching for definition now. I know the scale will continue to rise but fat will go down.
