might just be some water weight. I've been restrictive eating. doing more fasting, and a few light workouts.
71.1 kg Lost so far: 18.6 kg.    Still to go: 13.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.6 kg a Week

Most likely holding some water. With me , my weight loss is definitely linear. I go up and down from day to day but for the week I usually are on the negative side. Could be sodium intake or just hanging on to some glycogen if carbs were up from prior day/days
