I'm with Shrew. The less often I weigh myself the better I do. Seeing scale #s jumping around every day/week makes me nuts and want to stop trying. I'm weird that way.🥸😁

My husband tells me the same thing. I just find it keeps me honest with myself. I am bad about pigging out if I am not staying on top of it. Thank Y'all for your sweet words though. I am a believer in enjoying the holidays with the kids and grandbabies and if they want Mamaw to make pie, she's gonna, lol...
