I'm surprised that I've still dropped a bit. Had 2 all-nighters with work and a sinus infection that has stopped me from doing my morning walk since Tuesday. Hopefully this means that when I get back to my walks the weight drop will accelerate a bit
68.6 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 16.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
