Bokomo Bran Sticks - Like Kellogg's All Bran Flakes, except even fewer calories =) It's a very low fat fibre cereal - works great for dieting (if you don't eat too much of it) =) 8.6g fibre, 0.7g fat and 14g carbs per 40g bowl @Tamzen, haha, thank you =) Makes me feel less guilty :-P
