Going on a cruise 6 December. In a race now to see how much I can lose before then. 1,300 cals a day, with a long walk = deficit of 1,000 cals per day. Should be 1kg a week. 2.5 weeks - should take me to under 80kgs by the time we set sail! Go girl!!!!
