Hello AGAIN....

I did my calorie count before my wedding 2 years ago and lost 10kg. Marriage life = comfortable(embarrassing), but now at my fatest ever 84.9kg! My dream is to be in 60's but for now 10kg is my goal again. Herbalife shakes morning and lunch, snack 1-2 per day and trying balanced dinner. 3-4 liter water. And gym. Let's see. I must be dedicated and give it time - want to see results to sudden.

I'm in a similar situation.. what do you mix with your shakes? would be nice to have someone else doing herbalife... I feel so alone on my herbalife journey

I try to stay on my 1000cal. So I do low fat milk with water and ice, chocolate in am and the berry pm. How long have you been doing herbalife? I am doing the 21 days!

I have done it on and off for years, buy now consistently. When I'm consistent I do get results... my shake is very different to yours... I mix vanilla crwam with all sorts of things otherwise it doesn't fill me. So I have blueberries and Strawberries, Coco powder, plain yoghurt and water. Add 1 teaspoon psyllium husk. I dont really snack during the day, as everything I want is in the shake. I sometimes have boiled eggs as snacks later if I'm pe kish after lunch. Generally same shake for breakfast and lunch. Then dinner is protein and salad or veg and a smart carb.

1000cal is extremely low and unhealthy. You should fuel your body, not punish it. Herbalifer going on 9 years now.

ive heard a dietician say that to be healthy you can plan too loose the way at the pace you picked it up. go to fast and it will all come back again. take your time. your health is a lifing commitment. you will lose weight with 1800 calories probably. and you won't stress your body to the point that you rebel against your regime.

Thanks guys. I do still eat when I'm hungry, my normal calories per day was 1500-2000, now it is more or less 1300. We have our meal at supper time that is protein with salad or vegetable, once a week pasta and carbs(x2). Loves my droewors and rice cake with a bit of mayo and salad, but try to do all in consideration with calories otherwise I indulge to hectic. Also loveeee my peanut chocolate herbalife bar!
