As of today, I've lost 10 lbs in less than a month. That makes me happy! I have a long way to go, but prefer to give myself reasonable, achievable goals. Looking to make 190 by Thanksgiving, but really hoping for 187.
87.1 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
