what a way to start the week! 2.1kg down since I started my weight loss mission, 1.6kg of that since joining up here and changing my approach to "healthy" eating. turns out that simply eating the right food isn't always the answer, and that restriction of eating no treats makes it too tempting to fall off the wagon.
