I wasn't going to "officially" weigh in until Monday, but I check every day and today is the second day in a row that I've seen 72.9 on the scale. This is the first time in my life that I'm doing calorie counting instead of portion control and it truly is a game changer!
72.9 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 20.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
