Weight loss is starting to slow down but I’m glad I did it gain anything 😬

has anyone heard of reverse dieting ?
85.8 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I tried reverse dieting. Went from 1200 calories to 1800 and lost weight and body fat. Check out MissFitandNerdy videos on YouTube, she explains it well
