Started my weight loss journey two months ago , with running and intermittent fasting . This 80kg was an estimation as all three scales I have at home are suddenly not working . The last time I had an accurate weigh in was March and I was 74.9 and I have gained significantly since then . My first month was full of momentum , I was working out twice a day and by the end could successfully run 2km without stopping . September / October were busy and challenging months for me but I still kept pushing but with more cheating and less running .

ANYWAY.
After a bad September/ beginning of October I picked myself up and back to trying to get that momentum I had at the beginning again . I’m fully back to 16/8 intermittent fast and heavily reduced my dairy and sugar intake as those are my weakness.

Im doing my At home cardio twice a day totalling 90minutes a day !
Weather has been bad so still dragging my feet to go out running again , but i definitely am going to !

I’m trying to just push and treat this as my new lifestyle without being frustrated at results because they are VERY slow .

I’ve gained so many new stretch marks , cellulite and feel terrible when getting dressed most days !

My motivation is to be in a better space , a better mood , good skin and a body I feel great in !
The workouts are painful some days but I feel like with time I will reach these desires of mine 🤞🏽🤞🏽💝
80 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
