I'm trying to make better choices. I need to remember that I should set the example, and not eat junk just because everyone else is. Still trying to figure out what exactly is making my blood sugar run higher even on days when I'm so careful.
164.8 kg Lost so far: 11.2 kg.    Still to go: 96.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It's hard to find the culprit. By process of elimination, I have deteremined beyond a shadow of a doubt that wheat and sugar cause my severe joint pain, so maybe it is affecting your sugar levels? Hang in there, you gots this.

it's hard when I first started my journey I had a hard time but now I've been on it for a while and it's a lot easier every once in awhile still slip up but you got this we're all here for you!
