Intermittent fasting has changed so much about how I see food, even my portion sizes. Eating high fat, low carb and IF has opened the door to weight loss for me despite having a slow thyroid and being on medication for bi-polar. Its going to be a great weight loss month I can feel it!
99.2 kg Lost so far: 14.0 kg.    Still to go: 35.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
