This is muscle gain, because I took a picture the other day and compared to the pic from June or July and my muscles got bigger and I feel I'm getting stronger in my lifts in the gym
60.8 kg Lost so far: 20.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
