Well, I got in a walk with Hubby & the dogs today. No yoga/ toning though. I've been after Hubby to pressure wash our decks. We put it off all Summer & I thought this past week looked good weather wise. We seemed to have something to do everyday, so I told Hubby today might be a good day to start on the task. So, I ended up helping him with some of the prep. We are surrounded by big white pines so the needles get stuck between the deck boards. We started by cleaning the chairs & plants off the upper deck off our bedroom. Then Hubby cleaned the debris between the boards. I helped with that & scraped the rails. I also moved the chair & plants on the lower deck underneath. Somehow I also ended up emptying a box of weed killers, wasp spray & stuff into a cabinet in the garage & moving a couple of things from the garage out to our Garden Shed. And we still have to pressure wash 😐

After all that I was hungry so made some lunch. Working thru leftovers in the fridge so had a small sub sandwich (3" section), macaroni salad & sliced apple. More calories than you might think. I sat down to watch Grace & Frankie & got hungry for popcorn. Now I really need to watch the dinner calories.

Slicing up rotisserie chicken from the fridge & making a salad...that I need to start on now....
