Not unexpectedly I was up today. Honestly I didn't really overeat, even though we went out for dinner. But, I did order a slice of cake for dessert. Hubby & I shared...and we finished it 😊

I haven't logged my dinner yet so I'm not sure how I did for calories today. We went to a concert in the park & dinner was from the Women's Club barbecue fundraiser. There were cookies for dessert...I only ate 1 & it was the smaller one.

I really was planning to start back with the yoga/ toning routine today. I have been goofing off for about a month. I didn't...but tomorrow for sure! I have no plans so no excuses.

I'm also going to watch the calories for a few days. I'm just under my ultimate goal & want to be sure I stay there.
65.4 kg Lost so far: 13.0 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
