Ending the day 112 calories over. We could blame it on the higher calorie breakfast or the half glass more of wine & the 60 calorie "That's It" fruit bar. Dinner was a big salad with chicken breast on top.

I took advantage of the nice weather to rake leaves in the front yard & pull some weeds. Hubby said "You know you'll have to rake those leaves again?" Duhhh... yeah, of course I know that. Just like I'll have to blow the leaves off the driveway & deck again. Most things in the yard are repetitive tasks. Just like doing dishes, making the bed, cooking dinner...etc. I cleaned the garage door windows yesterday. Now that was a task! I started outside...moved inside...did outside again...then inside again. I also scrubbed 2 of the cushions for the chairs at the table on the back deck.

We have a busy week ahead. Tomorrow we're joining our friends/ next door neighbors at the river for afternoon cocktails. They invited our "New" neighbors that moved in across the road a few months ago to join us, too. We've only said hello in passing so this will be an opportunity to get to know them a little better.

Wed. night I have Book Club & Hubby is playing Poker with his Buds.

And Thursday is my Birthday 😁🎂🎈🎉🥂🍾

Then next week, on Friday my sisters, niece & I fly out to Dallas. We're having dinner with my Grandsons on Friday night, going to Magnolia in Waco on Saturday & having a Brunch Baby Shower for my granddaughter on Sunday. The girls are going home on Monday & I'm staying a couple days more.

Football on TV, now. Greenbay vs San Francisco....I'm rooting for GB. 🏈
