man... eating well it think it's just hormones or water or something. but I'm really eager to go down now! started a new sport an they all want to buy pants soon. I'm so close to dropping a pantsize...i know it's silly, but I've been holding off puting pants until i reach my goal weight....man...i do t want to buy something now ...anyone else have this problem?
74.4 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

@wellneas momma i am trying to follow the blue zone diet, but I'm calory counting more than im really following it. i dont do well if i restrict too much so in generally ok with loosing. weight slowly....just now I'm starting to itch to see faster results.

Hi, what is the blue zone diet? so if you want to lose weight you need to burn more calories than what you are eating. A good deficit to show improvement is to cut 500 per day. It looks like your calories are still pretty high, unless you are doing a serious exercise to kill 500 per day?

@Wellness momma the blue zone diet is based on the zones where people live the longest and are overall healthier. It's called the blue zones. They looked at their lifestyles and eating patterns to determine what is good for your health. It's more based on health than weightloss which is my goal as well. You suggested that i go lower with my calories but that doesn't work for mr. It makes me revenge eat. I know the way i do it takes longer...and that Greek i b frustrating....but it's ok because at least i am going down ....

Have you considered increasing your protein? The healthy ratio for macros are 40%:30%:30% (carbs:fat:protein). Just a suggestion: you want to lose cms to fit into an outfit, right? Did you know fat takes up more space than muscle? Muscle will increase fat burning which will revert back to cm-loss which is what you want? It will also stop your cravings to prevent you from revenge eating. Just a thought.

Yes thank you i have been thinking of trying that. I will give it a try. Bought a protein shake a few days back but i Haven't really used it. I like it i just forget. I'm still figuring out how to hit high protein with a vegan diet. In not just eating vegan but when i cook for myself it's usually vegan.

Not sure if you're experiencing something similar, but I seem to gain weight on some weeks. I'm not sure if it's related to my menopause though, so possibly hormonal. It's really frustrating because I'm trying so hard!
