OK, that's enough of that. Even if this isn't an actual weight gain, but water, I don't want to let it stay around long enough to become a real gain. I have been eating around 200 calories over for a few days. Today, I'm back to staying around my 1800 total calories. I ate a filling late breakfast (actually more of a lunch time frame). I had a snack of Smart 50 Popcorn late afternoon.

Dinner is going to be Tilapia. I think I'll do some oven roasted potatoes & broccoli as sides. Dessert may need to be an Outshine Fruit Pop to keep the calories down.

It was starting to look like the spiders were decorating for Halloween on the windows outside so I cleaned all the cobwebs off & cleaned the windows...Kitchen, dining room, Living room, front door & garage door leading into the back hall. I scrubbed the garage door inside & out as well as the coat closet door and cleaned the door & sides of the "beverage" fridge in the garage. That always seems to happen...clean one thing & it turns into all the things 😁

We had a nice afternoon walk. It's cool today...Feels like Fall. Oh, wait it is the first day of Fall 🍁🍂🌻

Time to feed the dogs...then cook.

Dentist appointment tomorrow...then maybe a Costco run.
