I’m not pleased with the scale . I feel like a yo-yo up and down all the time and never getting close to where I want or need to be.

Given my breakfast this morning, it isn’t a wonder why. Mondays are never good for me and weekends aren’t either. Feeling down in the dumps today.

I intend however to push on and limit my intake to 1300 calories a day and eat as healthy as possible. More veg less junk.
99.7 kg Lost so far: 0.3 kg.    Still to go: 42.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
