The winter has taken a toll on my weight reaching goal. Not being able to exercise outside due to the winter rain has not been good for me. Today I'm restarting my goal in reaching my taeted of 68kg and then 65kg. I can do this. I've lost the bulk of the weight already. It's just this stubborn last few kgs to go.
73.8 kg Lost so far: 15.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
