Higher than yesterday but no intention of seeing 200 pounds again. We'll see. Off of thirds until Saturday and thrilled.

I know, yohoyoh. One time the switch got flipped on our scale and it was the greatest 6 seconds of my life... Until I realized. 😔😝

yeah... there is a good side to LBs too. you lose a whole 1.0 in a day easily. it was so rewarding to just come down from 250, 5-7lbs a week. Now when I'm weighing in the 100's with Kgs, it just don't give the same kicks :)
