Taking some fresh measurements just to update. Still focusing on maintaining (or glacially slow loss) and muscle building.

waist: 29.5 in -.5
hips: 39in -1.5 (oh no! my ass is melting!)
thigh: 22.5 in -.5
Arm: 12.5in - .25
68.5 kg Lost so far: 23.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
