Drink 1/2 teaspoon of bicarb, pink salt and warm lemon water in the morning it can help with water retention. Even if you just gulp half a cup.

your body is hydrated so it will weigh up.also remember if you over active in your daily tasks your body loses the fat and gains muscle don't belive the scale focus on your measurents and the way your clothes fits.it is discouraging I did go through the same but realized ny body holds in water a lot and my entire body swells up badly during the hot days so thats also weighing up

Also remember when your body loses fat the cells fill up with water initially and then eventually releases the water. So it may at first seem like you have gained weight. Persevere, the water will be released and you will suddenly lose "weight".

@Wellness Momma, I barely drink water I run in Rooibos Tea and 2 Pump waters a day I do have my days where I have 3 but mainly don't even drink anything or eat depends on my day.

drink 1lt of water for every 25 to 30kg bodyweight. But when you reach about 3.6lt - you can stop - there is something like too much water.

Sometimes it takes a couple days for the weight to catchup with the body.. for me its typically 2 days or so
