today i am the lowest weight i have been in three years. it took me very long to get here because growing up i knew a lot of people who had eating disorders. i believed that paying too much attention to what i eat was already an eating disorder. February this year i downloaded this app to try and learn about calories. i have been eating something sweet every day(mostly homemade heathier options) and pizza once a week...and still i am going down. this is my Birthday month. and my husband's and out anniversary....if i manage to keep a healthy weight through this month and Christmas then I'll know that u truly have managed to change my habits. thankful to gr. Greger from how not to diet....though i know he would tell me to stop the pizza and sweets....
