Hello done my steps now. 10,985. How is everyone else. The day doesn't help been dull and dark, more Autumn than the last of the summer. still we plod on. I am off work in 2 weeks and still fat. 🤔😏. Allthegood advice I love giving to others. And I don't hear my own. Often I've said on here. just the other day to Trytrytryagainagain. we will Get READY STEADY GO. I HAVEN'T STARTED YET. Merry Mel 🤩
