Slightly dehydrated from a long hike yesterday but I also think I'm underestimating my TDEE. Going to try 2000-2100 calories this week and see how that goes.
69.0 kg Lost so far: 22.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
