Hello and Happy Sunday FS!
Down a tad! So, I got on the scale 5 times this morning…. Twice I weighed 150.9 and three times I weighed 151.3. So, I recorded the 151.3. The first weigh-in was very tempting! 😈🤣💃
My granddaughter’s birthday celebration was awesome! Due to Covid, it was a small celebration but we all had fun! She loved all the decorations, presents and healthy smash cake and did a great job trying to blow her candle out with daddy’s help…we have been practicing. So cute!!. There was no hesitation for nap time … poor little thing wore herself out!
I had no idea the calorie count of the healthy baby cake made with almond and coconut flour with whipped cream as topping. It was really good. I think I listed it as coconut cake in my log as I couldn’t find anything in the database. I believe it was less calories than I recorded. I asked my DIL but we got interrupted so I didn’t get an answer. Oh well. 🤷🏼♀️
